中文摘要:
      目前高职卫生信息管理专业课程设置未能较好满足岗位能力需求,本文引入岗位胜任力理论,通过对该专业实习生、毕业生、相关岗位在职人员以及行业专家的问卷调研和访谈,明确该专业学生应具备的岗位胜任力,并以此为依据构建高职卫生信息管理专业课程体系的基本框架,提出课程体系建设的相关建议,为有效促进专业人才的培养提供参考意见。
英文摘要:
      The existing curriculum of health information management specialty can’t satisfy the demands of position. The paper introduced the position competency theory. Through the questionnaire survey and interview on graduate trainees, graduates, employees and experts, the paper confirmed the necessary position competencies. Based on the position competencies, the curriculum’s basic framework was constructed for health information management in higher vocational college. In addition, some relative suggestions were proposed to provide a reference for the effective promotion of professional talent training.
