      针对目前基于移动设备的远程医疗架构存在的终端资源受限等问题,提出在移动云环境下建立基于医联体的远程医疗分级诊疗中心,采用具有计算迁移的区分距离的远程医疗架构,区分不同业务需求下的远程医疗服务,包括医联体微云的近距离计算迁移架构和远距离健康云的架构。针对慢性病人生理信号监测等远程医疗业务,将医联体内的医疗服务器构成微云,通过在移动终端安装软件定制微云服务。远距离设备采用第三方提供的健康云资源搭建远程医疗架构,并对具有计算迁移的远程医疗流程进行描述。
英文摘要:
      Establishment of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment center for telemedicine under the mobile cloud environment was proposed based on the medical association due to the limited resources in mobile equipments-based telemedicine architecture. Remote medical services were identified according to the different requirements of patients using the telemedicine architecture with distance computing migration, including the short distance computing migration architecture of medical association cloudlet and the long distance health cloud. The medical server in medical association was formed as cloudlet according to the physiological signals of chronic disease patients to customize cloudlet service by installing software in the mobile terminal. The telemedicine architecture was constructed for health cloud resources provided by the third party and the telemedicine process with computing migration was described.
