      目的:采用uMARS量表评估医院预约挂号APP的功能及质量。方法:收集国家卫生健康委员会直属综合型医院及中信所2017年中国医院科技影响力各省排名靠前的综合型医院预约挂号APP,通过酷传智能手机APP监测平台,收集APP下载量、最新版本号、软件大小、开发商、用户评分及应用平台等基本特征。由2名相关领域评估者采用用户版移动应用程序评级量表(uMARS)对预约挂号APP的质量进行。结果:共有24个应用程序纳入样本量分析,uMARS平均评分为2.93(满分为5分),uMARS分值在1.90-3.59之间,信息维度平均分最高为3.26,而用户参与维度平均分最低为2.22。用户评分和功能特征总数(功能评分)与uMARS评分呈显著正相关。结论:uMARS量表能够较好地反映医院预约挂号APP的整体质量水平和个体差异。预约挂号APP质量参差不齐,内容不全,个性化和智能化程度较低,具有较大的改进空间。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the function and quality of APP appointment registry in hospital according to the uMARS.Methods The frequencies of APP appointment registry in general hospitals directly under The National Health Commission and those in different provinces with a higher scientific and technology impact power in ISTIC 2017 were recorded. The basic characteristics of APP download volume, latest version number, software size, developers, user scores and application platforms were downloaded from the Kuchuan intelligent mobile APP monitoring platform. The quality of APP appointment registry was assessed by two-related persons according to the uMARS.Results Twenty-four APPs were included in sample analysis. The average uMARS score was 2.93 (full credit was 5). The uMARS score value was 1.90-3.69. The highest information dimension was 3.26, the lowest average user participation dimension was 2.22. The user score and function score were positively related with the uMARS score.Conclusion uMARS can be used to assess the quality of APP appointment registry and the difference between individuals. The quality of APP appointment registry is different, its contents are incomplete, and its personalization and intelligence level are low. There is thus a large room for the improvement of APP appointment registry.
